Power Purchasing Agreement (PPA)

You can start generating solar power with no investment. A solar PPA is a financial agreement where Prism Energy arranges for the finance, construction, insurance, operation, maintenance, and management of the solar system on the customer’s property at no cost.

Prism Energy sells solar power generated to the host customer at an x% lower rate than the current utility rate such that the client is guaranteed a saving in the cost of electricity. A PPA contract usually lasts for 10-15 years after which the customer can extend the PPA or choose to buy the system from the developer.

Buy-out model (BOOT)

Prism Energy can enter into a sale of equipment agreement which is also called a deferred sale model at competitive rates for up to 10-15 years. A customer will save a considerable amount in its electricity bills while paying monthly payments to Prism Energy. Once the advance is cleared, you will be enjoying free electricity for the rest of the solar plant life, which is 25 years. Huge savings can be made in customer’s electricity bills with a brilliant payback period.

Solar on own cash (EPC Mode)

For all those, who are not included towards above two modes, a customer can engage Prism Energy and can install solar equipment at its site (industrial, commercial or residential) from its own cash. Prism Energy ensures that the customer gets best of the best quality equipment and after sale service.
